Vodra is the world's first decentralized live advertising network supporting creators and brands across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and X.

Vodra allows livestreamers to effortlessly monetize their content by displaying ads directly through their broadcast software. We then let them get paid instantly crypto/stables.

Since our ads are displayed on the broadcast layer we are also platform agnostic, meaning creators can stream on any platforms they like and still get paid (or multi-stream!). We're filling a much needed hole in the market considering Unpartnered/non-Affiliated creators account for ~45-65% of all channels on YouTube and Twitch. We have over 2000 amazing livestream creators signed up since opening the platform up this month and we are excited to start offering quick and easy Solana payments.

What is $VDR?

The Vodra Token ($VDR) is the native utility token that powers the entire Vodra ecosystem. Originally launched on the Ethereum network in October 2021 and now bridged to Solana, VDR serves as the cornerstone of our platform's economic model, enabling everything from governance participation to creator rewards.

Token Utility:

VDR's utility revolves around creating a decentralized ecosystem that benefits its holders, creators, and users within the platform:

1. Governance: VDR holders can participate in platform governance by voting on proposals that impact the direction of the ecosystem. This can include crowdfunding new types of content or paying for new campaigns/listings using the treasury.
2. Creator Payments: Creators earn VDR as a reward for their participation in the network. Each Vodra Ads payment they receive will include a fixed VDR reward (around 1%).
3. Ecosystem Rewards: VDR holders will be entitled to any ecosystem rewards that are decided or voted upon. This can include airdrops and priority staking pools based on the amount of time VDR has been held in the holder's wallet.
4. Staking: Holders of VDR can stake their tokens, earning rewards in the form of additional tokens. Staking not only provides passive income to token holders but also helps provide liquidity for the token's trading pools.
5. Buybacks: A portion of the revenue (2-5% of gross transaction volume) generated from ad campaigns is used to buy back VDR tokens from the market, which can help reduce circulating supply and potentially increase the token's value over time.
6. Project Affiliation: VDR holders of a certain size are granted "Project Affiliation" which provides exclusive benefits. These can include passes to events hosted by Vodra directly or events where we are a sponsor/participant.
